白炭黑二氧化硅生产产生的高盐高COD高氨氮废水,核心组分含量为:硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄)43000mg/L、氯化钠(NaCl)900mg/L、偏硅酸(H₂SiO₃)378mg/L、溶解性二氧化硅(SiO₂)291mg/L,还含难降解有机污染物及氨氮(NH₃-N)。经蒸发器蒸发脱水后,浓盐渣呈微黄色颗粒状(杂质影响),其主要成分及占比为:硫酸钠78.2%、氯化钠1.6%、二氧化硅(SiO₂)12.3%、有机残渣5.8%、其他杂质2.1%。

资源化处理采用浓缩、分离、富集、萃取、结晶及提纯工艺,实现“变废为宝”:无机高价值物料中,硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄)提纯至工业级,用于玻璃制造、芒硝相变储能材料生产;氯化钠(NaCl)精制后可制备次氯酸钠或用于熔盐储能;二氧化硅(SiO₂)回收后作为橡胶填料、建筑材料添加剂。有机高价值物料经萃取提纯,回收其中的有机硅中间体(如六甲基二硅氧烷),用于硅橡胶、硅油生产。

仅无利用价值的微量杂质按危险废物鉴别标准处置,大幅降低处置成本,兼具显著环保效益与经济效益,助力企业绿色低碳发展。

Resource Utilization of Evaporated Concentrated Salt Residue from High-Salt, High-COD and High-Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater in Silica Production

The high-salt, high-COD and high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater generated from silica (SiO₂) production has the following core component contents: sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) 43000mg/L, sodium chloride (NaCl) 900mg/L, metasilicic acid (H₂SiO₃) 378mg/L, dissolved silica (SiO₂) 291mg/L, as well as refractory organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N). After evaporation and dehydration by the evaporator, the concentrated salt residue is yellowish granular (affected by impurities), with main components and proportions: sodium sulfate 78.2%, sodium chloride 1.6%, silica (SiO₂) 12.3%, organic residue 5.8%, and other impurities 2.1%.

The resource utilization adopts concentration, separation, enrichment, extraction, crystallization and purification processes to realize "turning waste into treasure". Among high-value inorganic materials, sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) is purified to industrial grade for glass manufacturing and Glauber's salt phase change energy storage material production; sodium chloride (NaCl) is refined to prepare sodium hypochlorite or used for molten salt energy storage; recovered silica (SiO₂) is used as rubber filler and building material additive. High-value organic materials are purified by extraction to recover organic silicon intermediates (such as hexamethyldisiloxane) for silicone rubber and silicone oil production.

Only trace impurities with no utilization value are disposed of as hazardous waste in accordance with identification standards, which greatly reduces disposal costs, has significant environmental and economic benefits, and helps enterprises achieve green and low-carbon development.
