酒精(乙醇)生产产生的废水为特高浓度有机废水,COD含量80000~120000mg/L,**达170000mg/L,硫酸根(SO₄²⁻)5000~8000mg/L,**12000mg/L,还含大量固体悬浮物及糖类、果胶、蛋白质等溶解性有机污染物,同时富含氨氮(NH₃-N)。经蒸发器蒸发脱水后,浓缩液及浓盐渣(呈棕褐色或浅棕褐色)主要成分为:无机盐(65%~75%)、有机残渣(20%~25%)、杂质(5%~10%)。
高价值物料回收:有机物料中,回收果胶(C₁₇H₂₂O₁₁)、蛋白质(C₄₀H₆₃O₁₂N₁₁),经提纯后用作食品添加剂、饲料原料;无机盐中,回收硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄,纯度98.9%以上)、硫酸铵((NH₄)₂SO₄,纯度99.2%以上),作为工业级副产品,用于化工、建材、肥料等领域。
通过浓缩、分离、富集、萃取、结晶、提纯等工艺,实现有机、无机物料资源化,仅微量无利用价值杂质按危险废物规范处置,真正实现浓液盐渣“变废为宝”,大幅降低处置成本,兼顾环保达标与经济效益提升,助力酒精企业绿色循环发展。

Resource Utilization of Evaporated Concentrated Salt Residue from High-Salt, High-COD and High-Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater in Alcohol Production
The wastewater from alcohol production is ultra-high concentration organic wastewater, with COD content of 80000~120000mg/L (up to 170000mg/L), sulfate (SO₄²⁻) of 5000~8000mg/L (up to 12000mg/L), containing a large amount of suspended solids, soluble organic pollutants such as carbohydrates, pectin and protein, as well as high ammonia nitrogen (NH₃-N). After evaporation and dehydration by evaporator, the concentrate and concentrated salt residue (brown or light brown) are mainly composed of: inorganic salts (65%~75%), organic residues (20%~25%), and impurities (5%~10%).
Recovery of high-value materials: Among organic materials, pectin (C₁₇H₂₂O₁₁) and protein (C₄₀H₆₃O₁₂N₁₁) are recovered and purified for use as food additives and feed raw materials; among inorganic salts, sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄, purity above 98.9%) and ammonium sulfate ((NH₄)₂SO₄, purity above 99.2%) are recovered as industrial by-products for chemical industry, building materials, fertilizers and other fields.
