通过浓缩、分离、富集、萃取、结晶、提纯等工艺,实现高价值物料回收:有机物料中,EDTA(C₁₀H₁₆N₂O₈)提纯至工业级,用作金属螯合剂、水处理剂;氨氮化合物回收为氯化铵(NH₄Cl),用于农业肥料、化工原料。无机盐物料中,氯化钠(NaCl)提纯后用于氯碱行业原料,硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄)制成工业级元明粉,应用于建材、印染领域。

Resource Utilization of Evaporated Concentrated Salt Residue from High-Salt and High-COD Wastewater in Ethylenediaminetetraacetic Acid (EDTA) Production
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA, molecular formula C₁₀H₁₆N₂O₈) production generates high-salt, high-COD and high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater. After evaporation and dehydration by evaporator, the concentrated salt residue mainly consists of: sodium chloride (NaCl, 65%-75%), sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄, 10%-15%), unreacted EDTA (C₁₀H₁₆N₂O₈, 3%-8%), ammonia nitrogen compounds (NH₄⁺, 1%-3%) and a small amount of impurities (2%-5%).
Through processes such as concentration, separation, enrichment, extraction, crystallization and purification, high-value materials are recovered: among organic materials, EDTA (C₁₀H₁₆N₂O₈) is purified to industrial grade and used as metal chelating agent and water treatment agent; ammonia nitrogen compounds are recovered as ammonium chloride (NH₄Cl) for agricultural fertilizers and chemical raw materials. Among inorganic salt materials, sodium chloride (NaCl) is purified for use as raw material in chlor-alkali industry, and sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄) is made into industrial-grade Glauber's salt, which is applied in building materials and printing and dyeing fields.
