         二甲酚(C₈H₁₀O)是重要精细化工原料,广泛用于合成树脂、染料、医药、农药及抗氧化剂等领域。其生产废水COD约3000mg/L,含盐量35g/L(由中和酸产生),含二甲酚、氯代二甲酚(C₈H₉ClO)、环酮、烷类等有机物,及铁、钠、氯离子对应的无机物,需高效处置实现资源化。

经蒸发器脱水后的浓盐渣,主要成分占比:氯化钠(NaCl)75%~80%、氯化铁(FeCl₃)5%~8%、未分离二甲酚(C₈H₁₀O)2%~4%、氯代二甲酚(C₈H₉ClO)1%~2%,其余为少量杂质。通过浓缩、分离、富集、萃取、结晶及提纯工艺,实现物料回收。

有机物料:二甲酚、氯代二甲酚提纯至工业级,回用于精细化工合成;无机物料:氯化钠精制后作化工原料,氯化铁(FeCl₃)回收为工业级净水剂。仅无利用价值杂质按危废规范处置,真正实现“变废为宝”,降低处置成本,兼顾环保与经济效益。

Resource Utilization of Evaporated Concentrated Salt Residue from High-Salt and High-COD Wastewater in Xylenol Production

Xylenol (C₈H₁₀O) is an important fine chemical raw material, widely used in the fields of synthetic resin, dyes, medicine, pesticides and antioxidants. Its production wastewater has a COD of about 3000mg/L and a salt content of 35g/L (generated by neutralizing acid), containing organic substances such as xylenol, chloroxylenol (C₈H₉ClO), cycloketones and alkanes, as well as inorganic substances corresponding to iron, sodium and chloride ions, which need efficient disposal to achieve resource utilization.

The concentrated salt residue after dehydration by evaporator has the main component ratio: sodium chloride (NaCl) 75%~80%, ferric chloride (FeCl₃) 5%~8%, unseparated xylenol (C₈H₁₀O) 2%~4%, chloroxylenol (C₈H₉ClO) 1%~2%, and the rest are a small amount of impurities. Material recovery is realized through concentration, separation, enrichment, extraction, crystallization and purification processes.

Organic materials: Xylenol and chloroxylenol are purified to industrial grade and reused in fine chemical synthesis; Inorganic materials: Sodium chloride is refined as chemical raw material, and ferric chloride (FeCl₃) is recovered as industrial grade water purifier. Only useless impurities are disposed in accordance with hazardous waste regulations, truly turning waste into treasure, reducing disposal costs, and taking into account environmental and economic benefits.
