        电火花快走丝、中走丝线切割加工切削液的污染物主要为:金属粉末颗粒、钼丝碎屑、皂化残渣、乳化油污、悬浮胶体杂质、金属离子、添加剂降解物及菌群黏泥,属于固液复合污染体系。

切削液净化再生可高效去除各类污染物,恢复原液性能,核心优点:大幅降低新液采购成本,减少废液排放量;循环复用保障放电加工稳定,提升切割精度与光洁度,延长钼丝使用寿命;减少危废产生量与清运处置成本,节约生产物料与能耗。

        针对不可再生的失效切削液,采用减量化+无害化+无废化工艺处理,可浓缩减量缩减危废体量与处置成本,深度降解污染物杜绝环境风险;同步实现基础油、导轨油资源化提纯回收回用,固液废全量合规处置,契合环保法规,兼具降本增效与绿色生产双重价值。

Brief Introduction to Purification and Regeneration of Cutting Fluid for EDM High-speed & Medium-speed Wire-cut Machining and Spent Fluid Treatment

Main pollutants: metal powder, molybdenum wire debris, saponification residue, emulsified oil, colloidal impurities, metal ions (Fe, Cu, Al etc.), degraded additives and bacterial sludge (solid-liquid composite pollution).

Purification & regeneration removes pollutants and restores fluid performance: lower new fluid cost and waste discharge; stable machining, higher cutting precision and longer molybdenum wire life by recycling; less hazardous waste and disposal cost, saved energy and materials.

Non-regenerable spent fluid is treated with reduction-harmlessness-zero waste process, cutting waste volume and environmental risks. Base oil and guide rail oil are recycled and reused, all waste disposed compliantly, in line with environmental rules, with cost-saving and green production benefits.
