The main pollutants in CNC machining cutting fluid include metal chip particles, oil impurities, emulsified oil, microbial flora, grinding sludge, metal ions (Fe, Al, Cu, etc.), additive degradation products and suspended colloidal impurities, belonging to solid-liquid composite pollution.
Purification and regeneration of cutting fluid can efficiently remove various pollutants and restore service performance, with core advantages: significantly reduce the procurement cost of new fluid and waste fluid discharge; cyclic reuse ensures machining lubrication and cooling effect, and improves machining accuracy and tool life; reduce hazardous waste generation, transportation and disposal costs, and save production energy and material consumption.
