磁性材料(如钕铁硼、铝镍钴、钐钴磁铁、铁氧体等)在生产中通过酸洗工艺去除表面氧化层、油污及杂质,以保障产品磁性能与表面精度。该工序常用酸体系包括盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、氢氟酸等无机酸和氨基磺酸等有机酸,以及辅助添加剂。酸洗液中的溶解的杂质成分主要有铁、镍、铜、钙、镁、锌等重金属构成。
酸洗液因溶解金属离子、积累杂质而逐渐失效,通过分离、浓缩净化等方法,可实现失效酸中杂质去除,使剩余的有效酸和杂质(氧化铁、镍)成分回收、提纯,达到再生与循环利用。整套工艺全程无固危废外排,既从根源上解决了酸洗废液的环保处置难题,助力企业达成清洁生产与降本增效的目标。
Brief Introduction to Purification & Regeneration of Magnetic Material Pickling Solution and Resource Utilization of Spent Acid
Magnetic materials (neodymium-iron-boron, alnico, samarium-cobalt magnets, ferrites, etc.) require pickling during production to remove surface oxide layers, oil stains and impurities, thus ensuring product magnetic properties and surface precision. Common acid systems here include inorganic acids (hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid), organic acids (sulfamic acid) and auxiliary additives, with the pickling solution containing dissolved heavy metal impurities like iron, nickel, copper, calcium, magnesium and zinc.
With the dissolution of metal ions and accumulation of impurities, the pickling solution becomes ineffective. Our dedicated separation, concentration and purification process enables impurity removal from spent acid, recovery and purification of usable acid and valuable impurities (iron oxide, nickel), and realization of regeneration and recycling.
