       钛合金酸洗产生的失效废酸含残留酸、氟离子、钛//钒等金属离子,及固体酸洗污泥(主要为TiO₂、金属盐类),需通过环保技术实现资源化利用。采用净化分离-浓缩提纯集成工艺,先经过滤去除固体杂质,再通过膜分离、溶剂萃取等技术分离金属离子,回收高纯度TiO₂及铝/钒化合物。失效酸经浓缩再生后可返回酸洗工序循环使用,大幅降低新鲜酸消耗。该方案既解决了酸洗废液的腐蚀与污染问题,又实现了酸液与金属资源的高效回收,契合工业环保与资源循环理念,为钛合金加工行业提供绿色可持续的环保解决方案。

       The spent acid generated from titanium alloy pickling contains residual acids, fluoride ions, metal ions (e.g., Ti/Al/V), and solid pickling sludge (predominantly TiO and metal salts), which demands resource-oriented utilization via advanced environmental protection technologies. By adopting an integrated process of purification-separation and concentration-purification, solid impurities are first removed through filtration, followed by metal ion separation using membrane separation, solvent extraction, and other cutting-edge technologies to recover high-purity TiO as well as aluminum and vanadium compounds. After concentration and regeneration, the spent acid can be recycled back to the pickling process, substantially reducing fresh acid consumption. This solution not only effectively addresses the corrosion and pollution issues of pickling waste liquor but also realizes efficient recovery of acid resources and valuable metals, perfectly aligning with the global concepts of industrial environmental protection and resource circulation. It provides a green, sustainable, and cost-effective environmental solution for the titanium alloy processing industry worldwide.
