电镀镍槽母液净化再生与失效液主盐回收利用

       电镀镍槽母液净化再生与失效液主盐回收，实现资源化利用。母液主要成分及含量：硫酸镍200-300g/L、氯化镍30-50g/L、硼酸30-40g/L及少量添加剂。回收各镀镍工艺主盐：硫酸镍镀液（NiSO₄·7H₂O 200-280g/L）、氯化镍镀液（NiCl₂·6H₂O 180-220g/L）、氨基磺酸镍镀液（Ni(NH₂SO₃)₂ 250-300g/L），回收纯度高，可直接回用于生产。

      Daichuan Environmental focuses on purification and regeneration of electroplating nickel bath mother liquor and recovery of main salts from waste liquor for resource utilization. Main components and content of mother liquor: nickel sulfate 200-300g/L, nickel chloride 30-50g/L, boric acid 30-40g/L and a small amount of additives. Recovered main salts from various nickel plating processes: nickel sulfate bath (NiSO₄·7H₂O 200-280g/L), nickel chloride bath (NiCl₂·6H₂O 180-220g/L), nickel sulfamate bath (Ni(NH₂SO₃)₂ 250-300g/L) with high recovery purity, which can be directly reused in production.
