人发加工角蛋白胱氨酸提取废水含高盐(12%-15%)、高COD(3000-3500mg/L)、高氨氮(300-330mg/L),主要成分:有机物为角蛋白(C₄₅H₇₅N₁₅O₁₀)、表面活性剂(C₁₂H₂₅SO₄Na),无机盐为氯化钠(NaCl,8%-10%)、硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄,2%-3%)及微量氯化铵(NH₄Cl),与生产工艺完全匹配。经蒸发器蒸发脱水后,浓盐渣呈淡黄色颗粒状,含水率约11%,盐分占比60.94%,TOC含量约152406.80mg/kg。
资源化工艺采用浓缩-分离-富集-萃取-结晶-提纯纯化路线:有机物料中,角蛋白(C₄₅H₇₅N₁₅O₁₀)提纯后用于饲料添加剂、生物吸附材料;表面活性剂(C₁₂H₂₅SO₄Na)回收后复用於生产漂洗工序。无机盐中,氯化钠(NaCl,纯度≥98%)、硫酸钠(Na₂SO₄,纯度≥98%)提纯为工业级副产品,分别用于氯碱工业、印染助剂。
仅无利用价值杂质按危险废物规范处置,真正实现浓液盐渣“变废为宝”,大幅降低危废处置成本,兼具显著环保效益与经济价值,助力企业绿色循环生产。

Resource Utilization of Evaporated Concentrated Salt Residue from High-Salt, High-COD and High-Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater in Human Hair Processing
Human hair processing (bleaching, dyeing, setting) wastewater contains high salt (12%-15%), high COD (3000-3500mg/L) and high ammonia nitrogen (300-330mg/L). Its main components: organic substances are keratin (C₄₅H₇₅N₁₅O₁₀) and surfactant (C₁₂H₂₅SO₄Na); inorganic salts are sodium chloride (NaCl, 8%-10%), sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄, 2%-3%) and trace ammonium chloride (NH₄Cl), which are completely consistent with the production process. After evaporation and dehydration by evaporator, the concentrated salt residue is pale yellow granular, with water content of about 11%, salt content of 60.94% and TOC content of about 152406.80mg/kg.
The resource utilization process adopts the route of concentration-separation-enrichment-extraction-crystallization-purification: among organic materials, keratin (C₄₅H₇₅N₁₅O₁₀) is purified for feed additives and biological adsorption materials; surfactant (C₁₂H₂₅SO₄Na) is recovered and reused in the production rinsing process. Among inorganic salts, sodium chloride (NaCl, purity ≥98%) and sodium sulfate (Na₂SO₄, purity ≥98%) are purified into industrial by-products, used in chlor-alkali industry and printing and dyeing auxiliaries respectively.
Only valueless impurities are disposed of in accordance with hazardous waste regulations, truly realizing the "turning waste into treasure" of concentrated liquid and salt residue, greatly reducing the cost of hazardous waste disposal, with significant environmental and economic benefits, helping enterprises achieve green circular production.
